2. Description of Services
RoofingCallCenter.com provides roofing contractors with exclusive, pre-screened leads generated through live call center operations, including but not limited to storm damage, natural disaster response, mold and water damage, solar roofing, residential, and commercial roofing leads. Leads are qualified by our agents through direct phone conversations with homeowners or property owners prior to assignment.
3. Lead Exclusivity
Leads sold or assigned to a Client through our Services are provided on an exclusive basis and will not be resold or shared with another contractor within the same market at the same time, except where explicitly stated otherwise in a separate written agreement.
4. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:
- Provide accurate information regarding their service area, licensing, and business capacity
- Contact and follow up with assigned leads in a timely and professional manner
- Comply with all applicable local, state, and federal laws related to roofing contracting, licensing, and consumer protection
- Not resell, redistribute, or share leads received through our Services with third parties
5. No Guarantee of Sale or Conversion
While all leads are qualified through a live call prior to assignment, RoofingCallCenter.com does not guarantee that any lead will result in a signed contract, completed job, or sale. Lead qualification reflects the information available at the time of the call and homeowner circumstances may change.
6. Payment Terms
Pricing, billing cycles, and payment terms are governed by the separate pricing agreement or order form provided to the Client at the time of purchase and are not fixed within these Terms. RoofingCallCenter.com reserves the right to modify pricing at any time, with changes applying prospectively to future orders.
7. Refunds and Lead Disputes
Disputes regarding lead quality, accuracy, or validity must be submitted in writing within the timeframe specified in the Client's order agreement. RoofingCallCenter.com will review disputed leads in good faith and may issue a replacement lead or credit at its sole discretion. Refunds are not guaranteed and are handled on a case-by-case basis.
8. Compliance with Telemarketing and Communication Laws
RoofingCallCenter.com operates its call center in accordance with applicable telemarketing laws, including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and Do-Not-Call (DNC) regulations. Clients receiving leads generated through our calling operations agree to independently comply with all applicable consumer communication laws in their own follow-up outreach.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, and design elements, is the property of RoofingCallCenter.com and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without prior written consent.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, RoofingCallCenter.com shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Site or Services, including but not limited to lost profits, lost business opportunities, or reputational harm.
11. Indemnification

These Terms are governed by the laws of the state in which RoofingCallCenter.com is registered to conduct business, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
